Do I need special insurance?

No special insurance is required.

What If I have to cancel?

If you have to cancel, please give us at least a 48 hour notice before your flight for a full refund. If less than 48 hours is given, your flight can be rescheduled for another day.

Do I need to bring a passport?

For this flight, no passport is required. We only ask for a government issued photo I.D, i.e driver’s license, passport, state identification card…

 

What should I bring?

Please bring with you a photo I.D, towel, bathing suit, and any other items you may need for your flight.

Also don’t forget to bring your friends and family along for the adventure!

How long does it take to learn how to fly?

The average person takes 2-5 minutes to learn how to stand up and fly.

Is It Safe?

Full Throttle Flyboard’s professionally certified instructors have many hours of instruction under their belts before they are allowed to instruct the general public. Instructors are in complete control of the flyer’s power to ensure your safety at all times. Instructors are also CPR and First Aid trained in case of emergency. Furthermore, users  will get a 10 minute safety training and briefing and are also required to wear a life vest for safety.

Do I sign a waiver?

Yes. We require everyone to sign a waiver before going  on the flyboard. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for their flight.

When is full payment due?

Full payment must be completed prior to your flight.

Can I reschedule?

Yes! We all know sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance to change your flight.
